The "crack babies" and their "mom's" are already in the "system" and going to or receiving "programs" from the county. Also, people are not standing in line to adopt crack babies so they need kids like mine. I have just started looking into the RICCO laws and need to study them a while longer to fin...

We have appealed our finding of "neglect" and I just put in a call to my appeals lawyer about a motion to compel discovery, (thanks). The trial lasted about two weeks short of one year. We had two lawyers, both very good, one (a friend of mine for over 22 years) handling the case. My friend (lawyer)...

I just found out this morning that they, (NYS) have "NO" time limit on providing court records on this. So much for a "speedy trial" or "due process". I wonder if another course of action may light a fire under their butts as I'm looking to a USC47 section 1983 case when we get through this appeal? ...

Time frame to provide court records in NYS for appeal?
We filed an appeal to a family court decision in early March of 2009. It is now July 17,2009 and have not received all court records from the "kangaroo court" trial. We have some, but they are incomplete, so we can not proceed with our appeal. Is there a time frame that the New York state family cou...

I saw the movie "the Matrix" when it came out. Now a line from that movie has new meaning to me. "They're all agents." Right down to the person at the dentists office cleaning your teeth and the guy at the drug store, they are ALL AGENTS! CPS will take all information, lie to you, lie in court, twis...

Parasite infection, mebenbazole, severe abdominal pain &
OK, here is the short version; In 2008 my family became ill showing signs of having a parasite infection. (My brother-in-law had just spent time in Mexico and then stayed at our home just after returning from Mexico.) Shortly after I noticed "worm like" things coming out of the dog. They were about ...

"It is settled that the failure of the Respondents
New York state, county of Erie. In Feb 2009, Judge, Margret O. Szcur said, in her ruling of neglect against my wife and myself that, "it is settled law that the failure of the Respondents to testify may be taken in a negative light". Anyone know anything about this law? Nut schell of case;, my child...
