CPS will wait and sit like wolves at your door, My son was born premature. For 18 months they insisted that my son was abused and they had to examine him. They come every month to 2 weeks. They threaten you then just sit and let you sweat. At the 1 year and 6 month mark my husband had a heart attack...

Dont just stop with the one lawyer telling you that, call around to other lawyers even ones out of town or state depending on if your near the border. added: We went to an attorney who was more badly informed than we are. I had to call numerous times to prod him into taking any action with DFS, and ...

So get a good night sleep every night so they cant manipulate you. Second suggestion is to look in to your state laws. Your a PI. So you should know tha...

Re: My Kids Are With Me
WHY do you all think the judge has not made a decision as to who will have custody? My understanding in all of this is that during divorce and custody proceedings, the CPS got involved in the matter. If this is the case and there was apparently "no investigation", then your State has interfered wit...

I think it is time we all take things like this to federal court. At least that what I would do. Your in another state anyway. If you can take it the the 10th district court. Don't let a CPS worker try and tell you, you cant take it to federal court because you can. Try and find a lawyer who will do...

A law that may ban spanking in California.
I thought I should post this so all the Californian's here who dont know about HSLDA would know. Assembly Bill 755: Anti-corporal Punishment Bill Author: Assemblywoman Sally Lieber Summary: A.B. 755 would have the practical effect of eliminating spanking with an implement (i.e. inanimate object) in ...

There is no law stating you cant defend yourself in court, It actually states you can. Just instead it you doing all the paper work and spending the money for photo copy's or subpoena's and it allot cheaper then the lawyer itself, almost all law's for a state is available online, and the law library...

Right. What I am saying, CPS Goes after good people/Families, rather than bad Families. That's what I have seen thus far up here. The WHOLE STREET is CPS'd, every year, every month, every other days, CPS would visit us and the Neighbourhood because we are too good for it. I have to say that ...

I have actually been browsing here since 2004, when my kids were taken during an emergency call for my husband heart attack. So from sept to dec. (got kids back in nov) we fought them. We won the case in the end and everything was "erased". My daughter is now 7 and tells me about this or that, that ...

I thought they were supposed to look out for the child? But the case worker is too. And that is a joke. That right, meaning they could care less about you, and they get all there info on you from the case worker. Sure my Guardain ad liked me, but she thought it was best the kids where were they wer...

I was thinking the other day about how the CPS cant be found accountable in any case unless found to have not done so in due faith. I was thinking it should be changed and the CPS and all involved should be found liable in all cases if it is found that they have used a flase case against someone. I ...
