That would be awesome. These types of cases cost thousands and many people are going to have to start doing cases Pro Se (on their own)

You have every right to homeschool your children and don't ever let CPS tell you otherwise. In fact, you can make the argument with all that goes on in public schools these days, your children are safer.

If you fire your attorney and go Pro Se or switch attorneys, they have to return your case file to you.

I can tell you that very few lawyers will ever take a CPS case Pro Bono. Because CPS are so inept in many instances, the case is always complicated. They aren't going to work for free. Lawyers are almost as bad as CPS. You want to talk about money guzzlers.
