Okay My attourney got Family preservation services rolling so that we can recive there services the social workers and the courts have told myself and my husbands attourney that we have to have FPC before the boys can come home in order for them to send us home...

Here is my update... Finally after 4 other court dates we finally got a court date that went through we went on the 23rd! my husband had to take off so many days and everytime he took them off and the day got here we would go to the court and find out it was cancled or reschuled(sp) to a EVEN LATER ...
