I believe most are mixed up on this....this right for a CRIMINAL court, all CPS stuff is in FAMILY court which is quite different from criminal court. If they were the same, every single person who had their child taken away would also be in jail. They would have to begin with "beyond a reasonable ...

Their reporting system should not be so simple as to allow someone to make calls and cause someone to lose their children based on too many reports or too many lies. ..... Once CPS see's that it's the same person over and over coming in with a complaint, they'll see a pattern of falseness and lies ...

Re: CHILDRENS RIGHTS/ARE WE GOING ABOUT OUR CASES THE RIGHT
http://fightcps.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2414 If you go to this link I have posted what a Legal Aid site posted in regards to Children's Rights. They have four cases on there where the children requested their own lawyer to represent them in their rights. I thought this is what a GAL attorney is??...

Exactly Rain, the school must pay for them and provide them. I believe this also must be done in a specific amount of time. Yes it does stink for those who do have a true, legitimate illness. I believe the child/children mentioned above were only out of school for 5 days though and for strep. I only...

Re: Odd
A friend of ours has a neighbor that is dealing with CPS. This woman's kid had been out of school 5 days so far with strep twice and the kids are only allowed to miss 10 days of school during the active school year regardless if the absence is lawful or not. If they have a doctor note for each day ...

GUARDIANSHIP
Legitimate question:
During your guardianship (Dazee and/or Desert) were either of you interviewed by the court where the document was signed/put into effect? TN? Were your child/children interviewed? Does age matter?
How quickly did this happen? Start to finish?

Bob_Lynn, When we banter back and forth on issues such as this then we lose the clarity of it all. When a person goes digging to prove another wrong I have noticed they do not see the correctness of the statements. They miss a word or two which changes the whole outcome of your message to them and ...

As a relative newcomer (12 posts), you seem to be concerned with proof just like Dan. No one needs to prove anything here, this is just a forum, not a court of law. It was honored in Wisconsin and notorized in TN, no where do I see where dazee or sky said a judge in TN signed it. But that is beside the point. What ej said just about sums it all up. I think Dazeemay's daughter did say something about a judge signing it, but again, that's BESIDE the point! (Just...
