Re: MY DAUGHTER WAS TAKEN AT HOSPITAL FROM CPS
It sounds like you are saying that your girlfriend/mother of the child has had four previous children and does not have custody of any of them. According to the hospital she was positive of drugs at the time of birth. Was the baby positive for drugs? You did not identify the state. The CPS laws are ...

Why don't you have a passport? If money is a problem every several months order one for yourself and each child. All it take is a birth certificate, a photograph and a visit to the post office.
You need to be pro active and take responsibility for yourself and your actions / condition.

Re: Baby Injury
In Texas CPS does have access to children's records, as long as there is a open investigation. They would not have access to other children in the home records.

Re: CPS
When you say CPS you need to specify what state. Each state has different laws and procedures. In Texas a child might be taken by CPS into Foster Care or "taken" into Family Based Safety Services. Each is different and has different rules and requirements.

Re: OUTLOOK AND COMPENSATION FOR SOCIAL WORKERS
In Texas first you must obtain a college degree in Social Work and then pass the state board examinations. This allows you to use Licensed Social worker. But you can only work for someone else. After 2000 hours of approved work you can apply for the designation of IPR. This allows you to do more. Ve...

Child interviews
In Texas the first interview is suppose to be recorded. Usually at a Child Advocacy Center and depending on the child's age. I have done interviews in homes and attorney's offices. A parent or grand parent can be present as long as they are not the reported abuser. There is one local attorney who al...

In Texas
When a child in foster care turns 17 years old she or he can check themself out of foster care and return home.
I do not know if this is only in Texas but you might check.
The child does lose state health insurance when they check them self out.

Five of the fathersw have been arrested on criminal charges. I see that the media has not publicized this like they did the childrens removal to foster care. I hope that no additional sexual abuse took place since the court returned the children to the fathers.
