no the court case is actually closed. we've received documentation as such signed by the judge. Does this mean that family preservation can no longer visit us or have any contact wit us because they did call today and I was wondering why they said they hadn't closed out their side of the case?

But my allegations are of child neglect because they re running around outside. Not a filty house or anything. I let them in last time and answered their questions and they interviewed my kids. I'm sure they'll expect the same this time. If I don't they may assume I'm guilty and take my kids then rig?
