evidence rules regarding hearsay vary greatly from court to court. Most state courts have some resemblance to the federal rules of evidence, but there are almost always quirky exceptions that stick out like a sore thumb.

I've not heard of it either, mostly because I think the U.S. courts would dismiss it. However, I am doing some research into whether or not it could be filed with some international organization as a violation of human rights or simply as kidnapping. I think if we could get some international attent...

In some states it is automatic grounds for losing custody for filing false cps allegations. You should look up the family code for your state. Unfortunately, once cps has been contacted the broken system allows them to torture and harass you regardless of how unfounded the allegations are. Depending...
