I think you are totally right on that. I think they are creating a way to make money of more children. The media is completely controlled by the government.

I've had 4 caseworkers in 9 months, and ALL have had their fair share of lying spells. They are definently a high school click, a really terrible cheer-leader type click. It's a gamble but you could get a better social worker at some point.
