The foster care worker came here. She place the older boys with their bio dad (the boys are sooo not safe there) I told her that. Didn't matter. The baby was supposed to come here today but nope. Now they have to come back out Monday and tell me what I have to have for him. I only asked her like 25 ...

She did NOT place the children in foster care voluntarily, she was coerced. This is wrong and evil. The governor is the head of all state agencies and I have seen where some people on here called the governor's office and got some results. I don't know what kind of governor you have. This is so not...

Thanks Frustrated prayers are really needed (((((hugs)))) I feel so bad for her. They were just up camping with us over the 4th of July. The girls had a blast, and now this. My heart goes out to those 2 girls. The little one is only 3 and very shy. My daughter went with her to court and she told her...

A very sad story
I invited someone to come here, but I don't see her yet. She's very distraught over what happened. The story as I know it... and it could be different somewhat... She admitted herself to a psyc-hospital because she was feeling like she was going to have a breakdown. She left her 2 daughters with a f...

Case closed
My daughter called the CPS lady today to tell her about a new therapist my grandson is seeing. The CPS lady said "thanks for letting me know you like this new therapist, but I closed your case 2 weeks ago"
Why wasn't my daughter notified? Is it really closed... or will they still be watching?

My daughter signed a paper stating the CPS worker can get "all" the reports of everything they talk about. The CPS worker threatened her that she'd take the kids if my daughter didn't sign that paper... my daughter signed it. :? She has no insurance now that she's laid off. (thanks to CPs and all th...

I've thought about this alot! My mom washed my mouth out with soap for lying. My dad spanked me for painting brown paint on the garage with a stick. When my mom found out she spanked me too, only when she turned me over her knee I hit my face on the corner of the counter. One time I fell asleep on t...

I cannot for the life of me understand how or why CPS can/does take kids and put them in a worse situation than they were removed from. How can they justify that? This is something I've been stewing in my head since I joined this site. With all the talk of reform I really think the first place would...

Yep same daughter. My daughter has requested help from Judsen, (not sure if I spelled that right). It's similar to famlies first, they work together. No my daughter is not working anymore. She got laid off due to missing to many days for all the running around CPS made her do. I don't know what she'...

The psy-doc that CPS has my daughter seeing suggest my daughter take my grandson back to the psy-hospital and have his meds adjusted. My 4 yr old grandson takes adderall and catapress (not sure on that spelling but it's generic for clonidine) The clonidine knocks him out within about 15 to 20 minutes of taking it. If the day care said it was an hour or two I would suspect your child got it there and not before she got there. You r...

I hate to say it, but they can do what ever they want. They can show up and take your kids from their grandparents house, school, church, etc. They don't need "evedence" all they need is "suspition or hear say" from someone who calls them. You are guilty until proven innocent. I would listen to ever...

Re: ALLEGED INADEQUACIES OF A PARENT CASE LAW
http://www.ancpr.org/caselaw.htm The alleged inadequacies of a parent must pose a serious risk to the child. The state cannot interfere with the parent/child relationship merely because its social workers believe the challenged parent might become a better parent. To allow such interference would m...

Hi Katie, I'm a grandma too. My grandkids haven't been taken but CPS is there all the time like watch hounds. Is she "appeasing the alligator" or is she going to fight? She's been doing everything the CPS lady tells her to do. There is no fight, just a bunch of running around and letting people in her house. They come and go like there's a revolving door. The alligator is the school, who called because the...
