UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

My brother just phoned me and said he found out today that the baby was born approx. 5 days ago, and the mother left the hospital without the baby...

What should he do...???

My children see a private speech theripist and have been for some time.

At this time, there is no CPS involvement. But what I am trying to state is do my children have to go to both Head Start and Preschool. It's like saying? Do they have to go to two PreSchools?

http://forum.fightcps.com/viewtopic.php?t=2881&highlight= was our story back in early January. Well today we received a letter stating that our case is closed since we seeked out and did what they were going to ask for in court. So; no court, no legal action and case closed! Thank God! :lol:

The only papers my wife and I signed was for release of information for Dr.'s and their speech theripist, etc. That was all. After I signed they did say they would of gotten a court order if I did not sign.
