I am no case law expert, but, here's a right: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause , supported by Oath or affirmation, and particula...

The CPS goons can't do shit without a court order. Even if they tried, you could have your attorney attempt to block it. If it were an emergency situation, the cops could have removed them, but, they haven't so it's not an issue. The goons are just bluffing, in my opinion. Just a warning though: rea...

This is not legal advice and I'm not a lawyer. You're at a critical point here. I understand that the divorce was rather nasty, but, the fight is not over yet. There are two different directions you can go at this point. You can cooperate with the CPS goons and law-enforcement and things will get mu...

Take a deep breath, settle down. Keep in mind, the cop or whoever took the pictures violated your child's civil liberties and probably didn't follow family law procedure. First thing first. If I were in this situation, I would not let them in my home and I'd notify the school that not once, not anym...

Usually, a "hearing" is another name for a "trial before a judge". There are a couple of scenarios I could think of when it comes to the attorneys. First, they could drop you OR they could try to work around you standing up for your rights and suck more money from your wallet. I would definitely sta...

I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but, I believe if the goons have the judge in their pockets (which they usually do), they may get a warrant, and you have to comply with that. If they come with a warrant, demand to see it. They could be bluffing with police presence. What I believe you...

Re: Threating witnesses
Here in California, any case that can't be proven will be closed as inconclusive or unsubstantiated. Sure, uh huh, right. IIRC, we are also NOT allowed to go to any collaterals for information regarding the minor without written consent from the parents (i.e. I cannot speak with Billy's doctor abou...

Re: Please read this and tell me what I can do!
However, it is also true that it will look bad on your case if you deny our entry. However, if you believe that the caseworker would see things in your house that will make you look bad...ask them to come back at another time. Another example why one should never cooperate . The 4th Amendment wasn'...

Prime example. Let this be a lesson to NEVER EVER let the goons in your homes, nor cooperate. They have no authority. So what if someone smokes pot. Alcohol and cigarettes are MUCH MUCH more dangerous. In my opinion (and I'm no lawyer), you better get yourself an attorney and don't cooperate anymore...

Well, then they were criminally trespassing. Here's what I've would have done. Ask my assistant to get the children in the daycare out of hearing range. Walk into my office, get the kids interviewed out and join the others. Then, with a very serious look on my face, utter the following, "You have ex...

Thats a great question. But, I would think not. And here's why: How could one file anything that doesn't exist yet? Of course this is not legal advice. Case in point: When the goons attempted to steamroll me, and I resisted them and did not cooperate, I asked my attorney what I could do or check to ...

Frustrated, be careful of "lock-ins". They're very common occurances - if you bring your kiddos. I'd highly recommend you find a sitter for the day and come alone. Do indeed record this. Now, I'm just curious. What do you mean by "partner"? If this is a same-sex lover, they'll definitely use that ag...

Holy crap. I don't even know how to reply. CPS goon, let me make some things clear. I'd never cooperate, I'd never let you in my home and I'd never EVER let you talk to my children. Indeed, you are the enemy. I'm stunned at the blatant disregard for civil liberties you talk about. The founding fathe...

Hey, in my opinion, there is nothing wrong with having a large family. I have a pretty big one. Not 10, but, big. Now, you didn't know you could refuse them entry the first time around. That is the common initiating mistake I've found with most people on this site. There is nothing in this world say...
