The social worker lied in court also. So it is all in the transcript. Everything the social worker said was a lie. And what good does it do if you have the evidence to disprove the lies when NOBODY will look at the evidence. In looking more into the attorney's and county counsel that were involved, ...

I read what you said about your older kids. Not loving you. I'm sure they do. I have been having the same feelings about my 2 older girls. The oldest will be 20 this month, the other one is 17. I have been feeling sad and lonely. I think the holiday's bring out the depression and anxiety even more. ...

No they did not have a warrant. I had no choice in the matter. I told them they were not going to take my kids, that they couldn't. A detective and deputy w/ the sheriff said they were taking them. Our rights were terminated even though we were doing our case plan, so I don't understand exactly how ...

My son was removed from my home while I was gone and my daughter was removed from her school. Both without warrants. By social workers and sheriff. There was no imminent danger. Doesn't matter. Until people start taking action, NOTHING will change.

In Ventura County, CA. We have a new juvenile justice center. That is actually about 12 miles away from our County Courthouse. They make up their own rules, laws, etc. I have family law cases that I have always filed my own papers and represented myself. The way they handle this court, you don't sta...

Need Advise/Want to file a brief w/ Supreme Court to review

We filed an appeal of our dependency case and lost the appeal. Surprise, surprise. We got our kids back last year, they were out of our home for about 9 months. The judge in our actually found no abuse or neglect. Neither did either of the social workers. The judge stated in her ruling that there we...

services

Unfortunately, when they have your children, and you don't do their "services", they won't allow you more visits, or place your children with relatives, etc. Everyone we have talked to has said to do everything they ask and to do it with a smile. Once you get your kids back then you go after them. V...

I live in California also. When we went to court the "social worker", testified that she has minimal training in domestic violence, drug abuse or mental illness. We later spoke with her and found out that they receive on the job training. This is so very scary since she is the court worker that make...
