I've heard good and bad stories about leaving the state during an open or closed cps case. But what about leaving the country? Would that be to a families benefit? Why or why not?

Does your CPS case pop up in other countries? Or does each country have there own welfare system?

It sounds like other countries have CPS also, but they don't seem to have so many bad stories like they do here.

Why does it take so long to get your kids back even if you have the best lawyer in town? Does the judge always side with CPS no matter what?

If your in a open CPS investigation I don't see how you would even be able to get passports for your kiddos without a flag popping up? Seems as though there wouldn't be anyway to escape them.
