Day two of trial went well. My estranged wife took the stand and was up there for six hours. My daughter completely recanted on the stand
Back at it tomorrow morning looking like next Tuesday for closing statements

Trial is beginning, tomorrow is calendar call. Looking at upwards of ten days for trial.

There seem to be very few of these places around. I know when I was researching the abel assessment there are only two places in Las Vegas that knew what they were and only one that I found that currently offered them.

They are fighting like crazy releasing the video to us, me and my lawyer. We have actually received very little from Texas, everything we have has originated in Las Vegas.

The test they do with children to see if they have been abused really does no good. If there are no signs of abuse (tear in hymen) they will just say they can't rule it out. Or that it may have heAled. But if there are signs and they'll use it against you.
