Thank you so much for the reply. We haven't signed any case plan, but it doesnt seem in our best interest to do so. The entirety of the affidavit is bogus. Filing documents without an attorney
The courts are telling me I cant file any motions or documents only my attorney can. The problem our appointed attorney refuses to do anything other than tell us to sign the case plan. I have typed out many legally sound documents but I dont know how to proceed. This is in GA.

My case is in GA and I have a great request for case files typed out the only problem is I have no idea who to file it to. I know if they have appointed a keeper of records they are the person I need to send it to but I have no way of finding who that would be, any suggestions?
