The county has supervision, not custody, if we move to Seattle for a better job, can they stop us. We have custody, but they have supervision.

Can anyone tell be if you are indicated and the take it before the appeal hearing, while you are waiting for the hearing are you indicated in the national and or state abuse registry ?
