Maybe you can arrange to have the child in care go to your GF?

Here's a link you may find useful

http://data.opi.state.mt.us/BILLS/mca_toc/41_3_4.htm

It's Montana Code - Abuse or Neglect Proceedings.

Hang in there.

Naboo - I don't know what you can do to speed thing up - CPS often 'extends' 72 hour hearings - try to keep your cool until you can sort it out. Your case is a little confusing, but to me it sounds like standard 'divide and conquor' tactics. They threaten to remove children from mother if she won't ...

You certainly have a right to your opinion but I completely disagree that the Constitutional Defense doesn't work. In fact it's been proven to work by those who pioneered this form of defense in New Mexico (over 300 cases won and only 2 losses that are being appealed). Who are these folks? Having t...

You can file anything you want to your heart's content in any court in America if you act sui juris (preferable) or pro se. This is a right protected by the Constitution of the United States and every state constitution. Sure - this is America. You could dress up in a diaper made out of the America...

Okay - now i c your site can be navigated with IE (yuck) :) IMO, the substance of your message - raise/preserve constitutional issues is important. Your METHOD may ...

SO- are you saying I advocate a child to return to a family where EVERY female child has been sexually molested for three generations, where infants have been beaten, found unattended in a filthy cold home with dangerous dogs and ridden with lice? Perhaps I'm in the wrong here, as this site is obvi...

With all your heart - there's no such thing as a CPS success story.

cps investigation taking long

Hi dev

Sorry to hear u had to meet CPS!

What state u in?

I don't believe CPS will take your children without notice at this point.

IMO, when their investigation is done, they will drop your case [unlikely], or present you with a service plan [likely].
