RE: The GAL, and people testifying in court for you 1. Our kids did testify for us, it helped close the second case faster. 2. We explained the kids were there because the GAL was worthless and they wanted to have a voice. The GAL got reprimanded (sp?) by the judge for not being in contact with our ...

I'm not giving her anything either, I just don't see either side being right in this case. She's not stable and has this whole poor me thing going on. She needs mental help but I've seen people who choose drugs over their children who never have a damn thing done to them. They even sold their food s...

The octuplets mom
She may not get the babies from the hospital. I don't think she's the most mentally stable or responsible person, but she doesn't seem to be a bad mother. Does all of the media attention put her at risk of losing all of her kids? CPS loves to kick people when they're down. Here's a link to the news ...

It reminds me of the Tajanay Bailey case here. The poor little girl was battered for hours before she was killed, CPS was involved, but the supervisor ordered she be put back in her "home". Everybody else involved in the case reccomended against it. Why even bother with caseworkers, casemanagers, in...

I used to do the bookkeeping for a friends cleaning business. She was telling me about a customer who just signed on with them. (Their previous cleaning service let them go, so you know at that point its got to be bad). The house was horrible. BEYOND deplorable!!!! This family would cook dinner and...

Sometimes I think they only check out vindicative calls. I've called before on a family who really needed the help and nothing was done. (of course this was before becoming a victim myself and finding out what kind of "help" they offer) Now, I'm scared they'll come knocking because we pissed the kid...

Yes they live with the girlfriend, and I'd help her out no problem. He won't do anything for the kids, but expects to have a right to visit them. She's the one who worked, cooked, took care of the kids, and tried to clean,. I understand that with two little ones and a full time job, and a boyfriend ...

He's still living there. He changed the locks and won't allow us to enter, as for it being a pit, it's the mess they made inside. We had a contract written up and they agreed to buy the place as is. They both have myspace and the pics they put up showed how filthy they are. They have a little over 1...

Can you prosecute, if you have reasonable suspicion?
Our soon to be ex-renter is making threats because we're going to evict him. I have the one saved where he threatens to send someone to "heart" (hurt) me. He was also threatning to call the ASPCA, but I strongly believe he meant CPS. If they even come knocking, can I file with the prosecutor for a f...

I never said they didn't have the right to name the children that. The death threats against the kids are wrong, plain and simple, and that person should be caught and prosecuted. I also agree that CPS would go to the extremes to find something wrong, this case was too easy for them to pass up. If i...

I don't think they can make you get rid of a pet that isn't a threat. The only time they've came to this house, the guy they brought with them to take pics was terrified of the dogs. My daughter laughed at him and called him a jackass for being scared of Kurt. Kurt's big, we adopted him from a shelt...

New Jersey kids with Nazi names removed
http://www.comcast.net/articles/news-general/20090114/Hitler.Cake/ 273HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Three New Jersey siblings whose names have Nazi connotations have been placed in state custody, police said. The children, ranging in age from 3 to under 1, were removed from their home Friday. They drew a...

They forbid us to tell our daughter why our son wasn't in school or at visits. (we told her anyway, do the morons really think we don't have ways) They don't ever want to be the bad guys, but luckily our kids don't fall for it. They hate them as much as we do, and know not to believe a word they say...

I don't know the answers to your questions, but I'm sure you'd be restricted on taking the kids out of state. I'm glad that at least they get to come home for visits, i hope you're close to the end of it. I'm sadly not surprised they didn't get your daughter help. I'm not real sure what their true g...

I won't go to bed with dirty dishes. Even when we had the flu last year, and after I got my tubes tied, I could barely sit up, but if something needed cleaned it got done. Laundry never goes more than three days, and unless I leave a load in the dryer overnight (does that count as hiding clean cloth...

Mitch and Payne don't care at all. Or maybe they just don't listen. I sent a complaint to both people about my case and how my caseworker fabricated things. My caseworker made up bruises on my daughter but the ER report state otherwise. The response I got from Payne was it appeared the caseworker w...
