My daughter had a psych eval done by a cps recommened evaluator. It came back and the place that did her therapy/meds said it was so far off base that they needed to do another one just to develop a treatment plan because the records they had and the ones this woman were reporting were like she got ...

I will tell you in my state going through the ombusman's office is probably the best way to go. They cleaned out a whole county down in the lower part of the state and fired a bunch of crappy sw. I strongly suggest that to anybody.

Get a lawyer and file for custody. He probably said what he said because he was attempting to intimadate you. That is what they do best. You also probably don't have that comment on tape so you can't prove that is what was said. His ass is covered.

how about trying to find a lawyer to take a slander case on the worker. Social workers have immunity up to a point. this worker crossed that line when he blurted out personal information in front of your neighbors and landlord. If they will testify and you have a police report it should be an easy w...

Yes you can get a copy look around because somewhere on the site is a link. I just can't remember where it is right off hand. Do you have a relative who is able to care for the child somebody close like your parents or an aunt? If you do a relative placement is best. They are suppose to place the ch...

If she is a socail worker you can go to the state social worker board for CA and look up her name and see if there are any complaints. other wise an employer will not tell you why somebody was fired. The very very first sw that came to my house was "transfured" the second sw told me why but she wasn...

Let me tell you why this happens. Because some woman who DO have Boarderline PD and are nuts DO claim sexual abuse just simply to gain custody. Some woman DO claim sexual abuse when there isn't any and use cps and the court system to cause problems for the ex and interfere with parenting plans. It h...

Our case has been closed since June. Since I live in a small town with only one grocery store you tend to run into everybody. In our case it means the cps workers and contract agents as well. They should sue the pedi as well. A bump on the head of a toddler learning to walk is not abuse it's fairly common. I'd go so far as to say a toddler who never gets a bump on the head during that period that would indicate something is wrong. The dr should have known that wasn't abuse. His name shou...

the simple way to explain things is when the state removed your daughter they have legal custody. That just means if they make a dr appt or serivce appt you have to show up and they get to decide where your daughter lives but everything they do must be court approved. They can't just say your daught...

"The trailer he was renting to own from us is a PIT."
That could come back on you if there are things wrong with it that you as landlord should have fixed. Also if he is moving out the condition of the place he lived isn't an issue the issue would be with where he is living now.
