I am in PA and our case was started ten years ago. It ended in 2000. During that time CPS collected over $35,000 in child support during a 2 and a half year period from my husband. We tried suing CPS but we could only get a civil lawyer to take our case but he wanted money up front and by that time we were totally bankrupt from our whole deal. How are you all able to sue and what are the statue of limitations? We are in PA.
