I'm not trying to keep her from EITHER parent. I'm trying to keep them from stealing her from me permanently when all I've done is tell the truth.

Re: visits refused
Arrested for getting traffic tickets and not going to court. He's 17. But things are heating up. CPS is bringing his name up alot, saying he "may" be the "unknown " perp, because he appeared guarded in his interview and is a bad kid in legal trouble . And I'm "harboring a fu...

visits refused
:( I have a very stable, good paying job. I've been moved to night shift. It actually helps all the meeting scheduling surrounding cps/visits/court/etc. My daughters on a 90 day home trial placement at her dads. I get an hour a week. The visit monitor gave dad several choices of new times for my vis...

I'm getting to the point that I can't do it either. Well, I'm there. Im convinced they couldn't get their satisfaction other ways, they need to shut me up, so they raised the bar financially.

Re: Theres no hope.
Working on appealing to the state office. Alot of it is my lawyers not interested in fighting the sex abuse, only defending me, and proving I made the allegation heartfelt, not malicious . He's very aggressive on 50/50 custody . I've not seen him do much. Course, we're not at trial yet. Thank you fo...

Re: court today
BTW, my ex was ordered to pay half. And half of each our halves, must be paid by months end. (30days) So, 12k mom, 12k dad, each paying 6k now. Conveniently, ex paid his 6k in advance, the day cps assigned her. Surprise . I've never even gotten a bill. Just the motion before the court for payment. E...

Re: court today
Judge says were (dad, mom ) aren't indigent, agreed last year to pay GAL fees, and this 22k shrink was used by the GAL. And it was my first 2 court ordered evals that said I was normal. And number 4 as well. #3, the 22k one, didn't. She may as well have called me a psycho grave danger to children . ...

Today: im ordered to pay no child support ....yet. no cps attorney fees...ever . No ex's attorney fees....yet. . And half ...

Heading in now, armed with the original order saying allocation will come AFTER trial, and asking for a stay until its decided. Also asking for 50/50 allocation between both parents, not just me. @.@

This time about allocation of fees. To the tune of 80k. Pffft. ie; GAL, opposing lawyer fees, shrinks , and child support . (Before the permanency hearing or custody modification ). Re....dick....ulous.

Re: court continued....AGAIN...But I SPOKE!
Why do court orders, cps reports, juvenile office petition , all say cps has legal custody. But then to the judge, they say dads got custody. I'm scared there's been a ruling without me knowing. Not sure how, as far up everybody's butt I am. I know every detail of this case. How'd he get custody wit...

Re: court continued....AGAIN...But I SPOKE!
To court. My lawyer said bullshit, keep paying, they mustard made a mistake. That cps holds legal custody, dad just has temp physical custody . She's still a state ward. So each month I paid. And each month child support sent it back to me. Finally, they called, begging me to stop paying on an order...

Re: court continued....AGAIN...But I SPOKE!
And ya, its stupid having a separate hearing for child support 2weeks BEFORE custody is determined. Somethings up, though. When we split, he paid me support. Then they took her, and they stopped his support order . Then they made a new order where I paid and he paid, to cps. Then they sent her home ...

Re: court continued....AGAIN...But I SPOKE!
No allegations, accusations, or mention of my son, except as one of their "reasons " for giving her to dad, said there's an unknown perp out there, my sons interview was uncooperative, and he has a pending traffic ticket, and im housing a fugitive. Gawd.

Re: court continued....AGAIN...But I SPOKE!
The paralegal was horrified. I kept trying to get her attention but she was nervous and had been told it'd be continued. She never said a word. So....I sat there praying my heart out, for for sound mind and the strength to interupt. The first "I object, nonadmissible, move to strike" made ...

Re: court continued....AGAIN...But I SPOKE!
My attorney and I were told the civil modification case was continued, and that cps would 99% get a continuance for the juvenile case. He didn't go. He's pretty high profile, and seems to only swoop in for the trials, not appearances for continuances. Grrr. He sent a newly hired 20something paralega...
