I don't see how they could put our names on the registry, when they couldn't even tell us what they were alleging we had done in the first place! As far as filing a federal lawsuit, we moved far away from the State. We never got a chance to appeal. We received our ruling by mail, to late to appeal. ...

Our case was dismissed, however the judge failed to state without predjudice, or with predjudice. Is it possible they are just waiting for us to come out of the woodwork? Any thoughts?
