EmilyNNoah comment left in chat room

[EmilyNNoah] is there any way to find out who called CPS on you if the accusations were false, but the worker has told you if they get another call, your child will be taken away? 20:25:53 EmilyNNoah enters this room 07:12:01 Greegor enters this room 07:15:10 [Greegor] CPS agencies don't want to "ra...

My family has had some success with a hybrid representation. My SO was Pro Se with counsel on standby for a 4 day TPR hearing. We had gotten really sick of attorneys taking charge and pretty much dictating how everything should go rather than serving the client mother. They watered down every motion...

Anna, If you do not have any drug history, then the three drug tests are abusive. When the agency gets going they will ignore the girls anger motivation and act like any recantation was done under pressure, so invalid. Has there been a court order for child removal giving the agency power over you a...

With a situation like this I'd say it's more about what worker you get and how the chemistry works. The problem is that in order to get you to open up they will make you think they agree with you, lie to you and tell you everything is AOK just to get information they want out of you. It is NOT illeg...

What's the "out of order" in the mother's life?

Why aren't the CPS attack dogs going after it per usual?

I've never heard of a caseworker saying that it would be easier or quicker if you were druggies or alcoholics, but I have heard it from attorneys. Apparently if a parent or set of parents IS alcoholic or druggie the whole process IS simpler, partly because parents caught with a bad drug test are "ow...

Thanks Dazeemay!
I had not heard that APA had such vigorous defectors!
Studying this other group of legit Psychologists and

Only a few years ago, the agencies actually kept their manuals SECRET, openly saying they didn't want the child abusers to work around the system. What a nightmare!

The FEDS forced them to make the manuals available.

Do you think the kid is telling the honest truth?
Is the kid manipulative or angry or needing attention?
Maybe after being asked about sexual abuse
so many times he felt "left out"? Repeated questions
cause that kind of wierd false accusation.

Not knowing for sure is horrible.

They started this case because of a fractured arm and bumps and bruises on a 2 year old? How did they make it seem YOU had failed? Was there a lot of little accidents? Isn't it normal for 2 year olds to get a lot of little bruises from exploring? Did they accuse you of neglect or what exactly? Did t...

Robin: The pain doesn't stop, it very slowly fades. It gets tolerable eventually, keeping busy helps. They live on in your memory and when you run across something you know they would have appreciated the realization they are gone hits you all over again. Influencing Psych Evals? I am like Paul Revere on that one! I keep trying to remind people that agencies can pass what is called "collateral input" into psych evals and ANY service. They can do a "short list" (like a grovery list) of "concerns". This can be done over the telephone. Or they can send ...

I think by the time alot of parents get their children back they are just so thankful they can hold their babies again, they are exhausted from jumping through cps hoops, exhausted from being terrorized by manipulating, controlling and dishonest workers. These families need time to heal, suing is v...

How about MANDATORY prosecution when a caseworker or a GAL commit PERJURY in court? Instant termination if they get caught telling lies. Reprimand for exaggeration. Make CW's licensed and bonded? Make CW's record all contact and submit it to court. No instant stipulation by "nod of the head" etc. Co...

Supervisor decision to change visits should have been followed up by what is called a "Notice Of Action" letter which spells out what you do to appeal it. They commonly fail to send NOA letters. You need to find an attorney who will file such a civil rights suit in Federal court for you. Don't be surprised if you have to look outside your county for an attorney who will WORK at such a case. I hope you're planning to file a US Ch 42 Sec 1983 Civil rights law suit for 100 Million dollars. That kid will need ten years of very expensive care, constant supervision, and still may be dangerous for the rest of the family. In essence the state goons created another burden for the state, but a p...

Be careful when they come to your door with a warrant. Make sure it is signed by a Judge. Insist on a copy then and there. You are entitled to it. The "Girls Gone Wild" mentality now seems to reach massive numbers of 14 year olds. Lots of teens lead a "double life" BSing parents with the innocent act, but glorifying the most obscene stuff the second they're not watched. Every parent of a teen should see how their kid acts when they're with the...
