Re: It's OVER, CASE CLOSED
I hope so too, I am elated, this was the 13th time that CPS have been in our lives..it's too much to take. You are right, CPS is not something to play around with. Surely I hope the Revenge Callers know that. A friend told me you can file to find out who the callers are by filing an application with...

It's OVER, CASE CLOSED
It's over, case closed. They had no evidence, and they saw that my house was clean, and there's no evidence of any wrongdoings. They found that I did everything right, ie: calling police, making sure kids are supervised, making sure house is clean, and making sure kids are safe, and making sure my f...

Re: chances of being unindicated?
He has a better chance in front of the Judge than dealing with CPS. CPS don't like to interfere with an ongoing court case. but once the court thing is over with, CPS can step in to ensure that the child is being protected. best to do your own services than CPS forcing their services onto him and yo...

Re: CONFUSED
I agree with Kdus...it's mostly the case of "failure to protect" and you have to ensure nothing is being in front of your child. Best bet is to address this concern with a Lawyer as CPS would not interfere with an ongoing custody case in Court, until it's finished. then they will step in i...

Re: so parents what are you gonna do about this whole mess?
Yeah but I am starting to question my own Canadian Government, I am not proud of Canada on what they are doing to these families. I am starting to think here is becoming like old Russia, where you cannot do anything, and they dicate your lives. I feel like the production cattle where we are examined...

If that was me, I would personally document this, make sure some form of a receipt proof that they were not compliant. When you complete any of the services, make sure you have certificate proof, document paper of some sort, or some kind of a receipt showing that completion. When some one don't show...

Re: so parents what are you gonna do about this whole mess?
Well the looks of it, many people are starting to flee Canada to go somewhere else, and now Government are starting to wonder what happened to that town, getting smaller and smaller by it's population. Well who's fault is that? The more people flee, the less taxes the Government will have, and it wi...

Re: Class Action Lawsuit (Canada) against CPS
oh yeah...just as same...no feelings, no empathy, no common sense....threatening, forcing you to sign, yup just the same as USA...I heard England is far more worst than Canada. More like dictators. Austrailia is another Country is just as bad same as here...USA has 50 states, so it's more dictating ...

Re: I have a question!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you have a Lawyer that tells you to co-operate with CPS, you got the wrong lawyer. Most Lawyers are lapdogs in supporting CPS than families. You need to find another Lawyer that would fight for you and for your interests, not the CPS. Most Lawyers are afraid to go against CPS and that is because ...

Re: I have a question!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, possibly. CPS love nothing but divide and conquer families, especially fathers/men. they don't like fathers/men for some reason. they could be feminists. But since your ex husband did all the services that was not imposed by CPS, he has done it all, but you haven't. It's possible that CPS might...

yes that's exactly what is coming to our Country. It's like the Germany Nazi system. they have no common sense, no empathy and yet they are just doing their "job" and get their paycheck, get their money and go home and forget all of this ever happened. They don't care. I do hope some day i...

Re: hope about lawsuit somewhat restored
Yeah, I agree. CPS nitpicks on everything that they see in families homes, but only to think what THEIR houses would look like when they are always working...??? I would LOVE to see their houses. They nitpick because they have nothing else to go on with. They know families don't abuse their kids, so...

I agree with Maggie C. It's all about common sense. CPS do not have common sense, they do not have empathy, nor emotions, nothing. like what the other poster posted caught my eye on http://www.fixcas.com he mentioned saying "if you have a real good poker face, use it but say less, put a smile o...

Question: CPS vs No proof vs. Safety Plan
I have a Question: When CPS does their forced investigation on me, and finds no proof or no evidence for such allegations but shoves Safety plan in your face anyways? The question is: can you refuse to accept their so called forced papers on you when they find nothing on you but shoves the paper in ...

Re: Notetakers
For years, I have had used notetakers in Schools, and they were paid to write notes from the Teachers. It's hard enough for me to write at the same time while I look at the Translators. So I am getting a Notetaker to write word for word for what she said, and write it down. If she objects, this woul...

I don't know where to put this, but some one suggested a great idea which is to hire your own Notetakers to take all of the notes that was being conversed in the meeting or anything. The Notetaker will take notes of all the conversations, any responses, any comments, and he/she could become a great ...

Re: How long does it take to get a court order to remove chi
I would check the CPS Manual in your State for their protocols for an Emergency removal order, it can be fairly quick, but it requires a Judge to sign the order. it can be 24 hours, it can be less. but I do know this, after they removed the children, you have before 5 days window to go to Court righ...

Here at most hospitals, it's routine to check for blood tests as soon as the baby is born, they check for diseases, such as HIV, AIDS, and other stuff. they always check to make sure everything is legit. I don't know about drug tests. they just do routine tests to make sure everything is healthy. Th...
