Thank you. Some time this month there will be a short segment on our case on Channel 6 in Indianapolis. I'll try to post here when it is availible on the Internet. The main question the reporter had was why, when all charges have been dismissed and DCS itself successfully motioned the court to dismi...

Finnegan Case-Indiana
I'm posting another draft of our case. It's hardly complete. I have been on the radio 3 times, 1 TV interview and several articles. Another major paper called tomorrow and we may have a chance at another TV interview. CPS is a discusting organization. Fight back whenever you can. Feel free to google...

Re: Out there question
All these people keep telling us that when this is over they will not reunite our family because we have no relation. His kids are his kids, and my daughter is my daughter. They keep saying if we had a child together, then it would be different, because they'd want to keep the siblings together, bu...

CPS first told us there was no audio. Our daughter saw the recorder though. Then they said you couldn't here anything. I got a copy and what you could here backed what we had been saying. They will lie. I don't have to remind anyone here. Two CPS workers in our case were found guilty of contempt for...

Ironically even though the charges are dropped and the coroner has ruled in our favor, DCS still requires that we appeal their substanciation of "death by abuse" or it stays on the record. We will forever be recorded as abusers responsible for a child's death. Is this not sickening? We spent a year ...

Happy anniversary
Although we lost all amjor holidays etc. we are able to celebrate anniversaries. For those who are familiar with our case my criminal charges were dismissed Oct. 24. This was the 6 month anniversary of our arrest. Lynnette was notified of her dismissal of criminal charges Nov. 1, the one year annive...

I hope that our victory inspires other in similar situations to stand their ground in proclaimation of their innocence. It was a long hard battle but if it was not fought we all lose. We're very appreciative of the responses and support of this forum. Never plea to an accusation that is utterly fals...
