Kathryn, This is truly sad because we desperately NEED people like you in the system. People who realize that CPS workers can and DO make mistakes, and that it is their duty when they recognize such mistakes to correct them and to see to it they aren't intentionally repeated. I have a similar proble...

I dunno if it was a true incident or a rumor, but I read something in a trash mag about her almost dropping the baby in the street and the bodyguard caught the child just in time. She had a drink in one hand, baby in the other, and was wearing some RIDICULOUS shoes. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages...

I must point out that if you are looking to stay "below the radar", you need to also look at a state's homeschool laws...because the MINUTE you enroll your child in a government school, they are under scrutiny. So there are a lot of factors you must consider. Homeschooling offers you other protectio...

I'm not a Michael Moore fan; frankly, it is the socialist leanings of his far left crowd that have brought CPS to the power it now enjoys. He is far more likely to produce something that would ultimately help the opposition. A better solution (and one I am trying to work with) would be Aaron Russo. ...

Interestingly enough, though, those numbers don't correlate with the percentage of removals. If I remember correctly, DC has one of the highest rates of removal. So, you may see CPS workers less, but if they do show up, you're losing your child. There's pros and cons to every state. I once considere...

sob, I would seriously encourage you to take a hard look at the Libertarian Party. The advantage with the LP is that we are already well established as a third party and have a strong, cohesive platform. I am trying to work to advance the CPS reform agenda to the LP national platform, and having wor...

Re: To the last post..
Also, I was one of many who helped expose the FSP. Now, THIS statement I believe. The publication of the FSP was a collaborative effort of MANY people. But there's a vast difference between stating you were "one of many", and stating that you are solely responsible for every second of media coverag...

splizzrinkle, I am still waiting for a reply from Amanda. What set me off about your approach is that you are acting as if all of us don't matter; now that YOU'RE here, we're supposed to sit back and let you do the work. This is entirely antithetical to everything that the FSP was ever about, and th...

Re: The media is already waiting..
For those of you who don't already know, I am responsible for every second of media coverage for the FSP, a political group with 19,000 members. Some of you think everything has to be done "just right", in a "certain manor", "with patience", etc. .. wake up folks! This is not college class. You jus...

Re: The media is already waiting..
I have alot of experience with the media and I know how they work. The funny thing is, the other 4 sites are getting all the signatures, this site just rants and raves and does nothing "so far". . Gotcha. You don't need help, this is your project, and any advice we could give would be wasted. Best ...

Frustrated, There's a difference. We don't have the media access to organize such a march yet. That's why we need to hold conventions and work on getting the word out. I guarantee if we advertise a "million parent march" and 50 people show up, which is probably about what we'd get at this moment, we...

Dazee, I agree, having conventions is an extremely important goal. I personally believe our approach must be multifaceted, but must center on legitimizing our argument. I think rallies and demonstrations have their place, but we need to build up popular support. If we had a rally in DC, for instance...

I belive they may be...again. When we went over the spanking issue, they kept saying time and time again, "But spanking is the only thing that works to get their attention". They're spanking the autistic child? TERRIBLE! And the child with ADD isn't going to learn anything faster by being spanked. ...

I can also point you to pro-spanking advocates, such as Dr. James Dobson. While he may be controversial, his credentials equal or exceed those of every expert cited in your links, firemonkey. Just because someone posts links it doesn't mean they support the information. It's just a link. Agreed. I ...
