There is nothing to do but sit there and make your voice known to everyone...other then that there is nothing to do!! they cant tell you that you cant be there during the eval..they might exclude you from the room but hence you are their mother and if they were not in foster care you would have the right to be there too...they tend to try to keep the parents out of as much as possible cuz they dont want the therapi...

Another thing...when getting the information that you want...you need to keep in mind..if I was a news reporter what would I need..if I was another lawyer what would I need....hell with just going to CPS for your case file...go to everyone....the social workers..the psychiatrists...therapists...pol...
