How could you be indited with no court? You just had an ISP meeting right? Have you been to court about this? If you have not been to court with DHR concerning the investigation or your daughter......DHR has messed up. Was your daughter ever taken from the home?

We got papers from the DA's office about our case. In which the foster person says my husband is like David Karich, the Waco guy...so not true.

I wrote the Director of Social Services and they sent a letter back saying that they have no records about us or our offspring.

What can you do when people that DHS/CPS has interviewed about you lie and say false things? I have just recieved some interviews that were done by people we THOUGHT were are friends. But, each and everyone of them said something bad or false about us. Is there anyway to rebutt these interviews and ...

so does this only apply to the parents GAL, because somewhere my children had one appt. by the judge, but I never heard him state it, she just showed up in court one day???

In Oklahoma you are suppose to get a hearing within two judicail days. Our children were ajudicated before there was a treatment or saftey plan of any kind. I will search law in Ohio and see what I can find. You also might post in the CPS Investigations...that is where most of the people post.

Depending on what state you are in....according to policies you are suppose to be able to contact you about medical treatment your children are recieving and get YOUR ATHORIZATION for that treatment. And if decide you don't want them to have it they may or may not go to court about it. BUT, they are...

In Oklahoma DHS policy, I am not sure where you are from...
but here in Ok if a child is in foster care they are not allowed to use physical disiplene. Might be something to look up in the policy's of your state.
