be very careful of dcfs workers in illinois .they have lied over and per to keep my kids in custody they are only after money. if they want to turn your case over to Childrens home and Aid society do not let them.....this agency has done everything they can to keep my kids away from me. im not sure ...

this is not legal advice but IMO i would not sign that paper i would ask for a Judge and a formal hearing..........go through the document library on this site and fill out the forms that suit your case .........sedwards is great at helping to fill these forms out ...have them admitted to the court ...

Just an update i brought up the fact that there was no referral at the facility tp my case wrecker and she conveniently said she got the referral back today marked denied....what a laugh how convenient....she now says she has to go to the couseling facility with me and she has to request an assessme...

my understanding is there has to be some type of conscience(sp?) for a polygraph to work? Therefore with 99% of the case wreckers a polygraph would do no good.

the way i see it all this bickering back and forth is in no way helping ejaffe with the original question all he asked was to be put in contact with an attorney in his area that they could talk to about a lawsuit i didn't see him ask for the bickering between members.

Definately have it court ordered other wise they can make you pay for it this way CPS has to pay for it. I made my attorney ask that every service be court ordered so they can pay for it if they want it done.
