my husband had a psychosexual, what is a pschological given by a "forensic psychologist". the design of the exam was for covicted sexual predators/molestors to be evaluated to see if they will reoffend and if they are a threat to society. cps has utilized this test for the wrong purposes, they try t...

firemonkey you must work for cps. what you did was a fine example of taking only part of something and going with it. just like a cps worker. i have witness a few dv cases in parking lots and such, a woman goes up to a man, starts slapping him, he grabs her and pushes her out of the way just to keep...

I have to say this. Domestic violence is a crime and should be punished, but i have found that most dv calls are made by a person seeking some sort of revenge. my husband's x was able to do this him. i find that in our area all it takes is an allegation and $15 for a warrant. you are arrested and th...

if you are under court ordered supervision, it does not mean you cant leave the state. juvenille court order proceeding, though they think they do, do not hold alot of water over state lines. unless the judge specifies that you can not leave, then you can. call it a visit or dont tell them at all. y...

if you do not do a declaration of facts, what i would do is an outline of the allegations and what you want told in court. once you write it down on paper, go over it with your attorney. he will know if you are opening a can of worms or helping your case, then have him question you from the outline....

i have had many experiences in the past year with social workers. as a whole you are probably right. i found that a seasoned social worker is more likely to just cough up things to bad judgement and fresh out of school one has a view they need to change the world and a text book view of raising chil...

in georgia, if an attorney has been retained, then that attorney will be the one who has to ask. also, the attorney has a working relationship with the da, so he would be able to find out more. i wondered the same thing, cps kept saying all these things about charges and stuff like that, i called an...

there is no right or wrong way to act towards your son. i do know you cant talk to him about the incident. you can ask him how he is doing, who he is living with and stuff like that. if he begins to talk about the subject, just let him talk, try not to stop him or interrupt him. you often find out m...
