I don't know about CPS in your states but, in Ok if the parents miss a visit the Worker is suppose to call you and find out why. And if she/he can help you make it to the next visit.

when I take documents to court in order to file with the judge. Can I get copies of the original notorized signature or do all copies have to be freshly notorized?

I meant to say licensed, they are not on the list of licensed social workers.

I have looked up both workers who investigated us and they are not on the list of qualified social workers in my state. Would this make a differance, it's on their affidavits that they are qualified workers?

The judge had set aujudication of our youngest and review of the other two children's case's right after that. He has been seeing us for all three cases at the same time.

No, our oldest two children are in foster care. They have already been ajudicated. We have been going for reviews in their cases.
