A winning lawsuit against CPS. The case was settled out of court as far as I know but no details on the settlement. The attorney took on the case for the ACLU.

Anyone here who supports our cause to force massive reforms or termination of CPS is a person we desperately need on our side. These scum want nothing more than to divide us and conquer us. As far as I'm concerned, you have contributed as much to our cause Angel as many others, including James Stein...

Blue, Without knowing otherwise, I'll give you that you have children's best interest at heart. I also agree with you (as I already noted), that you haven't posted or done anything to deserve disrespect. That said, you still work for a government agency that, in the vast majority of cases, supports ...

I'm just sorry you all didn't have CPS workers who were kind and respectful to you! If we did, this site wouldn't exist. If disrespect was the only problem we had with CPS, this site wouldn't exist either. You have to understand the mentality of the people who post here Blue, their humans rights we...

You're absolutely right Kdddav and I posted something similar to Michael at least once or twice that I can recall. I will repeat it to emphasize your point. I do believe that perhaps there is hope that Michael really wants to help. Some of the things he posts here are somewhat helpful, at least for ...

Michael Moore exposes a completely out of control government to the world . I don't care what his real reasons are for doing what he's doing, what counts is that he's doing it. If Michael is doing it for the money, good. We all work to make a buck. I'd trade jobs with Michael anytime. If Michael is ...

Due process is simply following established legal procedures. In American law, it protects one's legal rights. See:

Actually, it wasn't my idea, I have to give credit for this idea to my lovely wife, Lynn. If you guys believe Michael Moore is the person to try to expose CPS, as many of you as possible should send him an e-mail. The more e-mails he gets on this, the more likely he will give it serious consideratio...

E-mail to Michael Moore

Well, if there's one person who can create just the documentary expose we want and show it to the world, Michael Moore is the perfect candidate. So I sent him an e-mail. His website is purely anti-Iraqi-war but who knows if he's willing to take up another cause. Anyway, here's the text of my e-mail ...

Misty, You must stop letting these people in your home and quit talking to them if they don't have a warrant or a court order. They are violating the law by harrassing you like this. The next time any of them comes to your home, ask them if they have a warrant before you let them in. If they don't, ...

You're 100% right James, however, again, the courts will probably rule that self-incrimination only applies in a criminal case.

James, this is just my opinion and I'm not giving you legal advice as I'm not an attorney. 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 13th and 14th.

The 6th and 7th are more appropriately broken by the local government itself rather than CPS.

The Tort Act makes any State and Governor immune from liability concerning anything about CPS. See Missouri Child Care Association vs Denise Cross - US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit 01-3346 .
