they didnt ask you to submit to drug testing? why did you give them a copy of a previous test? you shouldnt give them anything unless a judge orders you to do so.

im assuming they got you to sign a case plan. thats how they get you. if you would never have signed the plan, they would have either had to A. go away- or B. have a judge order it and they would have had to prove that it was warranted. for example if you do not do drugs, have no history of drug use...

I would do the same thing, let cps close the case, the petition for costody in family court. you dont even need an attorney to do that if you cant afford it, you can do it yourself.
