you have you mind set on the word ABUSE, and they are not going after you for that. children are removed everyday and there is no actual abuse, but neglect. it is just as serious as pysical abuse, a child can be just as harmed form a neglectful parent as an abuseful one. I still do not understand wh...

i wouldnt be surprised if they delay the return of your children "pending the outcome of your criminal case". I would be really surprised if they returned them before that. You say it will take two years to go to trial? why so long....at least here in florida the state has to proceed in such a lengt...

im assuming they got you to sign a case plan. thats how they get you. if you would never have signed the plan, they would have either had to A. go away- or B. have a judge order it and they would have had to prove that it was warranted. for example if you do not do drugs, have no history of drug use...

in regards to the drug tests, they reason they would not accept an employment drug screen is because they are not as sofisticated as the dcf tests and can easily be altered. as well as they normally dont watch you ect. if you dont do drugs and could have passed the tests, I would have taken it. the ...

you might have to start off paying the services yourself, you can always try to submit the bill to cps for reinbursement. I know they are SUPPOSED to pay......but they will drag forever, and once you sign a case paln you are basically working against a clock to get the tasks done within the time alo...

in my case, I dont want to be anywhere near cps, whatsoever. I actually had a hard time getting myself to reapply for healthy kids because I knew a copy of the app would go to dcf...i think it is great that you want to put yourself out thier and help others, I just want to be as far away from dcf as...

I myself, know that my younger sister would bounce off the walls before she was put on ritalin. she stopped taking it when she went into high school. she was an honor student got a scholorship to college and no...

still, if she can pass the test...then it is her word against the doctor, having to take two tests a week???? they cannot force you to comply with them, unless you have signed a safety plan. I would just tell them you will take one test to prove the allegations false and one test only. If you have n...

I would think that alot of parents would use tpr to try to get out of paying child support if that was the case. I was told that if my husband and I were not together, and even if he did not coup. at all with dcf, his rights would not be terminated if I complyed and he didnt. they said either both p...
