File a criminal report against members of the school staff for false reports. See if you can find a lawyer who will sue the school and CPS, join a class action lawsuit, or file a civil suit against them yourself. You may not win, but at least they'd all know you're not taking it anymore.

You can request the case be transferred. CPS will tell you it can't but it depends on your state law. If they won't transfer it they'll either drop the case sooner (too lazy to have to do any real work like driving) or they'll make you come back to the county you're in for hearings.
