weren't you guys supposed to IGNORE on another? "supposed to"? By whose dictate? I don't ignore people who intentionally mislead and spout dangerous advice to promote some sinister self serving agenda, I expose them. If that were true, I wouldn't have joined this forum or started the LIFE site. No ...

I believe an appeal is the proper forum to question the constitutionality of a Judge's determinations or CPS' course of actions OK, I can prove with 100% certainty, by fact, that this statement is outright false and extremely dangerous advice . While what I'm saying is true for Pennsylvania, it's l...

If the court is not involved and there's no petition for a Hearing, why are you even involved with these people? Tell them all to immediately cease and desist harrassing you as they are violating your 4th Amendment rights. You are under no obligation to cooperate with them whatsoever or answer any o...

Yes, absolutely, there are state laws that have specific GAL requirements. You can even question the judge's qualifications, remember what it says about the judge's OATH OF OFFICE, if he/she does not abide by it, the judge must disqualify (recuse) him/herself. No official can legally take part in yo...

Let Our Children Go Campaign
This is from another anti-CPS forum: Let Our Children Go Campaign Promo Hi all, How many of you remember the movie Forest Gump? In particular the "walk across America"! One of our members in the Childprotectionreform group has undertaken a similar endeavor. He is planning to walk from Little Rock Ar...

If a petition is filed, do I have an opportunity to speak at the hearing? If they file a petition for custody of your children, study the following link. http://forum.fightcps.com/viewtopic.php?t=4273 If you hire an attorney to represent you (or you accept a court appointed attorney), your attorney...

I heard Australia and New Zealand are the same or worse than the US. Switzerland was the worst up until the 50's. The Nordic countries were similar to the US at one time and I believe either in Norway or Sweden, there is a class action suit by those who were in foster care. Britain has many problems...

It's not only just "not right", it's also a violation of the First Amendment.

Once again I must caution on getting into a religion or non-religion discussion when it comes to CPS. I know they violate religious rights often but you can't generalize what they do based on religious or non-religious beliefs. I'm an atheist but you all know where I stand when it comes to human rig...

Yes, you file an immediate appeal of any legal question. When you cite your Constitutional rights in the lower court and they're disregarded, you have every reason to appeal. I am working on the Appeals process and hope to have something soon. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I've never gone through ...

Relax
That's another joke right? Posts that document my allegedly "abusive" posts don't concern me. So who do they concern, you?
(I'm relaxed, thanks)

Thanks, as I stated in my post, it's a work in progress. I'll be adding a lot more information with more research and experience and I also want to get into other related issues later, such as the Appeals process. I think this is the best way for people who need emergency information with an upcomin...
