Trying to change laws is great except that still doesn't gaurantee they will be followed. That's right Krista but not changing the laws does guarantee they will not be followed. So conversely, you make laws to make them follow laws, see the Family Advocate Act if you haven't read it yet. http://www...

So Dan, let me ask you another question if I may. I asked for anything you and anyone else might have to offer in terms of modifying what I wrote. Instead of making suggestions, you just criticize. Please tell me what parts you would change in that document that I created for all of us to change and...

When do you file motions? Can you not sign one in the court room. Again, please correct me if I'm wrong. There are 2 kinds of motions. 1. A written motion that you file in a case, outside a proceeding. 2. An oral motion during a proceeding. The answer to your question is #2. If you have an attorney...

Re: Why I WANT to See a Family in an Appeals Situation
By all means a family should assert their civil and Constitutional rights during their encounter with CPS and Family Court. So Dan, now that you've completely reversed your position on this issue, will you be advising your clients to assert their Constitutional rights during their encounter with CP...

In my opinion, there is absolutely no conflict of interest in asserting one's rights in family court and pursuing any other avenue that will help get the children back as soon as possible. One does not counter the other. More crucially, besides that I agree with Gideon 100%, I will re-iterate, when ...

Gideon, I asked for anyone to correct/criticize/comment on anything I post on Constitutional issues. I don't want to mislead anyone with erroneous information, so thank you for the correction(s) and you are right of course except that I will differ with you on one point, the court order. I said ther...

Constitutional Violations by CPS & the Family Courts
I copied the post here for your reference. Keep in mind these factors. 1. All these violations are committed by CPS and/or the family court under color of law. 2. All these violations are systematic. 3. All these violations amount to a policy. Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an es...

That's not the thread I was talking about. Try not to act dense on top of being an outrageous liar please. We The People Forcing High Courts to Grapple With Petition
I copied this here from an e-mail I just received. I apologize that the links in this text will not work and I will try to correct that in another post but I thought the message below was important as it deals with serious Constitutional issues. We The People Forcing Numerous High Courts to Grapple ...

The thread I started doesn't have a single word of your's in it. You are joking right? You quoted me in the very first post that is also the title of the thread you started (copied below). Your nose gets bigger with each post Dan. "Strawman", right Dan, good one, do you cha-cha too? What you deliberately "fail" to see, is that you make a statement when you ask the type of questions you ask, especially ones you should know the answers to as a purported "advocate" with allegedly 18 year...

Just to set the record straight, I never said someone shouldn't assert their rights... during the CPS investigation or in Family Court. Right Dan. Do you actually believe people can't read your blatant lies? How long would it take for a higher court to dismiss an appeal? You purposely "fail" to see...

I never said family court wasn't the proper place to assert someone's civil rights... and I didn't say "one should only assert their rights during the appeals process." Sorry Dan, you're now outright lying, you posted in this thread: Would that not be because a family court isn't the forum for citi...

Right on the money Gideon, you throw everything at them IN FAMILY COURT that you can possibly find, then if the judge rules against you, you have many arguments on appeal. And this is the biggest problem with many lawyers that advise to "just go along with CPS" and it will all go away. This is exact...

This is another very good point Momof31995. CPS wants the family to fail, this is why if you jump through their hoops which they try to make impossible, even if you happen to succeed, they will only give you more hoops to jump through. These "hoops" are not about getting your family's act together, ...
