No. Family court judges are in bed with CPS at times and can be just as evil as CPS. CPS's child stealing brings in over a thousand dollars/month to the county for each child CPS steals. This money comes from federal dollars. Don't risk forever losing your child to this corrupt system. The system in...

Great news. I don't know if you read these, but there are several posts on this forum about moms corresponding with their preteens and teens on Facebook. Although kids are not supposed to have a page until they are 14, many tweens in my area have a FB page by 10-11 years of age. Once they start usin...

Lyn, You must go see a physician and get started on an antidepressant. Don't let the CPS btards destroy you. I think you were not supposed to say goodbye because it was not goodbye forever. There are sooooooooo many people that reunite with their children later. Your child will look for you and she ...

I dont trust them. I've witnessed too much. They will tag me with more. Plus, an ER doctor says she was raped. A forensic interviewer says while she wouldn't admit to abuse, her body language suggested otherwise. She told a case worker her daddy put his wee wee on her nose and on her pee pee. Her t...

Here is a crazy thought and I am just throwing it out here for discussion. Okay, here comes the crazy thought..... CPS refuses to believe that your ex is guilty, but CPS wants someone to be guilty (you, your son or an unknown perp). As long as this continues, you may not get your daughter back, sooo...

That sounds awesome! This is a chance to tell YOUR story and rescue your child as an example of the evil of CPS. Pour your sad story out to this senator! In describing how they have removed your child without ever telling you the allegations of neglect/abuse, make certain that you also describe sad ...

I think this is very positive news and I am very excited for you and for anyone to see the criminal behavior involved with CPS. Don't sign ANYTHING from CPS. Immediately send this senator what is required and be very polite (like you always are polite). I am praying for you!

Re: I CANT CONTACT MY CHILDREN
If your children are old enough to use a computer, they may look for you on Facebook. Make sure your settings allow them to find you and you can write letters to them on Facebook. Once they contact you on Facebook, change your settings so that others (CPS) cannot read your correspondence. If your ch...

OMG. The caseworker or your mom is suggesting that your child is having a petit mal seizure (looking/staring off to the side). DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD GET A “SEIZURE” DIAGNOSIS FROM THE CPS PEDIATRICIAN. DEMAND THAT SHE BE SEEN BY A PEDIATRIC NEUROLOGIST. THESE IDIOTS MAY BE ATTEMPTING TO SEDATE YOUR ...

Re: CPS worker told my children to not tell me
There are likely lots of children who have been told this. Tell your children that they are NEVER to speak with the CPS monster or the guidance counselor (CPS's best buddies) again. Explain to them that this monster can take them to a group home or foster care where they will may not see you, their ...

Re: terrorized by a cps nazi in tennessee
Yes, it is legal. CPS has unchecked power. DO NOT SIGN THOSE PAPERS. If you sign her papers, you have just admitted that you are an abusive mom. Then you will be forced to do "no telling" how many parenting classes, drug screens, psychiatric evaluations, family therapy, and etc... Tell CPS...

Did you sign any of CPS's paperwork agreeing to participate in a service plan or "free services for you or your daughter"? If you didn't sign any of this evil bs, DON'T SIGN IT. Stop cooperating with CPS. They WILL eventually find something to take your child if you keep talking to them, l...

DO NOT TELL CPS THAT YOU ALMOST HAD A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN. CPS can use this against you. Only tell CPS positive things about yourself and your children. Go see your state and county elected representatives (county commissioners and State Representatives). Call and get an appointment from their secret...

Yes, CPS will arrive to kidnap the children of the family in the tent if they are called. I hope this family is able to find housing very soon. If they tell anyone in the county's housing authority that they are living in a tent, this worker may call CPS on them, also. When they go to apply for hous...

He can have a drug screen done at any hospital lab. The ER docs will be furious if he shows up in the ER with patients having heart attacks to try to get them to order this test, but he can ask his personal physician or perhaps another family members' physician to write him a prescription for a drug...

I just found a post on the internet that states that the state of NY WILL allow a mother to share a room with a female child if there are separate beds in the room. Check on the internet for your state and CPS "rules" about separate bedrooms.

I am saddened to hear that CPS found another victim and he signed away his right to a court hearing.
It is great news to learn that at least one lying CPS monster may loses his/her position of power since you found the document verifying the CPS lie.

They might make an issue out of the one child sharing a bedroom with her mom. Sadly, God only knows what they will do with this very ridiculous issue. CPS might not do anything or they may enroll your daughter into parenting classes every week, drug screens, psychiatric evaluations, personal counsel...

The confusion over the teacher's assignment might be related to a central auditory processing disorder. With this disorder, the child incorrectly interprets interactions/instructions. Perhaps the teacher needs to write down her requests so your child can correctly respond. Gather some information ab...
