AllForThisSite Congratulations! Great job! Gary Shaw In the past 2 years, there were at least 2 different testimonies (that I know of) in front of the Congress Ways and Means Committee regarding the criminal activities of CPS. I believe there was a 3rd testimony recently regarding the illegal exper...

I posted this before in other threads but I see I have to repeat it from time to time as it tends to get lost in all these posts. CPS CANNOT MAKE YOU DO ANYTHING WITHOUT A COURT ORDER! They will of course, threaten you with all sorts of things if you don't jump when they tell you to jump but they ar...

I don't know the laws in Texas but that doesn't matter. Please see what we recommend in Pennsylvania, your civil rights are your most important rights and the 4th Amendment has no state boundaries.

Your comments are very well put Gary. I also very much appreciate that you believe in the recommendations I make. However, I certainly don't want to disillusion anyone here, what worked for my family is partly luck. Our children and grandchild could have been taken from us forever but they just coul...

the States cannot make laws or rules or ordinances that violate the United States Constitution. Unfortunately, they can and they do, sometimes strategically. Congress also enacts legislature that is unconstitutional at times, sometimes even knowingly. Then it's up to the federal courts to overturn ...

There is a time that you should be calm and collective and follow what your attorney says...speaking up and protesting in a manner that is disrespectful will get you no where. Speak up, but do so respectfully and intelligently. I agree 100% when your attorney is working for you and protecting your ...

Let me re-phrase that. NO ONE has the authority to prevent anyone else from speaking. Anyone who tries that violates that person's First Amendment rights. Caseworkers love nothing more than to hide their criminal activities by trying to control others' rights, including their inalienable and constit...

A flesh market reminiscent of the slave auction blocks before the Civil War. I sure hope we can set a 13th Amendment precedent. The other thing that caught my attention is that they have 18 year old children up for adoption??? Note, I have no problem with adoptions per se but when it's CPS in charge...

"In some rare cases, an appellant may successfully argue that the law under which the lower decision was rendered was unconstitutional or otherwise invalid" Unfortunately, it's only rare in the case of CPS because most people just don't go this route. We need to change that quickly and make it comm...

I am really happy to hear that they closed the case and I appreciate your mention that I may have helped you in some way. It's been just over a year since we got our children back and it will be a year soon since the criminals granted us guardianship of our children back (which obviously should have NEVER been taken away from us in the first place). Since that time (and earlier), we not only haven't just sat back and b...

I understand and appreciate your position but if you're associated with CPS, people aren't going to trust you regardless of your good intentions. For example, Catholic Charities sounds like a great organization by name. But in fact, these people in many areas such as New York City have been chartere...

Re: Child Support
From your posting it appears that the court, not CPS, ordered the payment of child support. That's correct Michael, CPS can't order anything without the court. However, they are both complicit in the violation of her 13th Amendment rights. CPS has no business petitioning the court for child support...

Although what you're saying regarding the 13th Amendment is 100% true as you applied it, it's already been applied to children in foster care in another way, see the link below to the document entitled "CHILDREN AS CHATTEL: INVOKING THE THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT TO REFORM CHILD WELFARE": http://www.famil...

That's nothing new, the local Monroe County, Pa. CPS hands out a tiny 3 page pamphlet to all parents whose children they seize that tells them what they want to tell them, then they used to coerce their victims into signing a document stating they have read the ASFA law. First off, fire your attorney, he's only sucking you dry. If he's not representing you properly, he's doing much more harm than good. No attorney can represent your best interest if he doesn't want to challenge the judge. You're better off being your own attorney but you must first learn the laws an...

What you can sue for is violations of your civil rights under color of law and include other federal and state law claims. It's called a Section 1983 suit. In the complaint, you list all the things they did which caused your civil rights to be violated and all the laws you believe they broke, federa...
