In the intial report, they said that there was a gun in the household and that the children had gotten ahold of it and supposedly my 4 year old had been grazed by a bullet that was fired from the gun by my 7 year old. This was all stuff the ISW assumed. What really happened? First off, there is no r...

Yep, I've read that and quoted it many times. The whole thing about this situation is that I told the initial ISW that we were in the process of packing and moving the day they came for the initial investigation. This was on a Wednesday. She wanted to meet with my 2 older children. I told her that t...

I guess I'm lucky that I can keep my emotions in check. I can also realize that certain things will not be discussed when they are still fresh because I might just get a little too emotional in front of this wank. He really dismisses what I have to say. He treats me like I'm some sort of piece of wh...

Dan,

Your reply made me laugh; thank you. I think, in time, it will be against CPS regulations to have the parents breathing. I feel like all they want us to do is shut up and die and let them do whatever they want. And to think, years ago, I was a mandated reporter.

AFTS..OMG, our cw does the same thing with his hair. When he was leaving last night, he turned around to my husband and said, 'seeming these are boys we are dealing with, you need to be involved with them more so than their mom". Now, please dont take this as a racist remark because it's not. But, h...

My Head Hurts

I've been sitting here since last night doing the *head meet desk* dance. Our social worker came by last night after our visit with the boys. He says our house is cluttered. The only 'clutter' was a small pile of FOLDED laundry in a basket. There are no piles of miscellaneous things or anything like...

Sedwards.... You already know how livid I am over what happened to you. Just wanted to say it here. I also wanted to say to please don't let it discourage you from helping people. You have touched so many lives and helped so many people, it would be a true shame and waste if it discourages you from ...

James, First off, 'retarded' Dave Thomas has been dead for several years. Secondly, when you publish this information on a website, I sure hope you have every scrap of proof of your 'allegations' (lovely word, isn't it?) against these companies. Financial records. Sworn affidavits from current and p...

My sense of humor has gotten me through some of the worst times in my life. Without it, I would be a zombie. I agree with CPS and the AR movement are probably in cahoots or something. My CW kept asserting the fact that he had a dog for 10 years so of course, he's the professional on animals and kids...

Allforthissite, You made me spit Cherry coke all over the place with your 'menu'. I was thinking of serving them my famous, 'way to outsmart a controlling (ex) husband" The recipe is: 1 spouse that is controlling that demands dinner on the table at a specific time everyday. When not on time, he yell...

One step forward....two back

Yesterday was not a good day. Our caseworker called to ask both my husband and I several innocent questions to finish off our social study. Just to clarify dates and such. No biggy. He then asked if we still had animals. I said yes, we have 2 cats and our two dogs; one that is 7 and the other is 8 m...

What happens during one? We have one on the 11th but trying to find out what is done/discussed during one is like pulling teeth.

Giving Up....

No, I am NOT giving up my fight for my kids--that will never happen. However, I am giving up trying to help my neighbor get her son back. I know she is lying about the details of her case and the specific steps she needed to do to get her son back. Not only is that aggravating but how am I suppose t...

Aggravated....

Number 1 aggravation: OUr weekly COURT ORDERED 2 hour visit didn't happen this week. Why? Well, no one knew who was suppose to do it. The ISW said that the case had been transferred to the treatment division. Yet the treatment division denied the transfer. Finally someone cleaned out their desk and ...

Results in Court today

Wel, they sustained the OTC. We fought it but lost that small part of the war. Other aspects of the battle however we did win. 1. CPS attorney started whining that the visitations over 1 hour would be extremely stressful for the DEPARTMENT and they wished that longer visits not be ordered. The judge...

Dan and everyone... I'm in CT We believe the person that made the call is a very vengeful mother in law At the hearing tomorrow, everyone will be presented a signed lease effective immediately. Scared

CPS took my 3 boys last week. They said I was neglecting them and had a dirty home. When the investigator got here, I told her we were in the process of moving and our dishwasher had died so there was dirty dishes but not alot of them. She saw mold in the home. I showed her the records from the heal...
