I totally understand what you are saying but again, my husband and anyone for that matter has not been charged with anything. One of our biggest dilemmas is that there is an open investigation that involves us that could continue for another 15 years and not knowing if they are going to show up at y...

Questions about the DA and Police...
From looking at my previous post you will see that our attorney has quit on us. She is busy building condos in Mexico and once she found out that the DNA samples came back and they didnt match my husband's, she all of a sudden needed to retire within 3 days of the DNA results! So now we have to take...

Kelly and Mark... an arrest from my point of view is a wonderful thing. We have been hoping in some weird way that my husband would be arrested because then they only have a certain amount of time to bring this to trial. In our situation that is now going on 8 months, they wont arrest my husband whi...

I will do my best to answer these questions... Sometimes I may sound a bit abrupt or a little too forthcoming but as far as I am concerned, everyone in the state of Oregon knows our sex lives/personal lives so I really don't care at this point. In January, my husband and I both agreed that it was ti...

Thanks for the advice Lynn.... I understand that everything we have done and said is already being used against us. I just don't understand how they can sit here and watch a family in crisis and treat us the way they do. After reading all the posts on this site, it is apparent to me that this is par...

Yes, they did have a warrent both times. The first warrent, they came for computer, daughters bedding, all pictures on disk (maybe about 100 or so disks with peoples weddings, remember, my husband is a photographer) and any time of porn tapes or pictures. The second time, they came for sex toys.... ...

New here with some questions
have posted some replys and a question about our attorney but have not introduced myself. We, like many of you are being railroaded by DHS in Oregon as well as the police and DA. Our story began in January when my husband and I brough our daughter to the doctor for joint pain and vomiting. Initially...

We have the reciept but from what I am being told, she has the right to quit whenever and however she likes. I think she knows that the DA doesnt have a case against my husband and I and now wants to get out because the 25-30K she was "quoting" us isn't going to pan out for her. After being screwed ...

Lawyer just up and retire... now?!
The lawyer called yesterday to announce that she is retiring in the middle of our case. We signed a contract saying she gets of a retainer that is non-refundable. There is no notice and she said basically she would try and make one more phone call for us and then she is done! How is this possible? S...

I am so sorry but can somewhat sympathize. My husband is being accused of sexually abusing our daughter... This began 7 months ago. Our first meeting with his attorney, the first thing she says to us, and that we NOW understand was "Both of you have to promise not to commit suicide.. you will questi...
