The agency is foot dragging giving us their file. We asked for it a month ago and have gotten nothing so far. Except I gave it to so and so (talking about our letter demanding our files). I guess the judge will have to order them to give it up.

There suppose to give you a pick up order when they take the children. Did your wife recieve one? I am having trouble seeing how they have a case at all with no pickup order and no court documents that are stamped filed and signed by a judge.

I thought they had to have a pickup order signed by a judge?? I am not sure of the question you asked.....

Well, our son we stipulated to, because our lawyer at the time said we would get our son back faster....that didn't happen. On our daughter we fought and lost...but our lawyer didn't call any witnesses on our behalf, nor did we face our accusers in court.

Yep well my husband told me while she was still in the hospital room that they (DHS) was cold hearted and that they(DHS) didn't care. I guess she didn't like that to much.

The baby was less then 24 hrs old when they stole her. They said because they (DHS) had the siblings, they had to take her too.

There is acually case law from the state of New York that children can not be taken just because they have seen domestic violence. I think it is in the research on this site.

How is the juvenile officer invovled in your case? To me it seems like he should be removed from your case due to bias.

Yes our caseworker is pretty facious as well. Yep, we don't call our caseworker, except to leave a message. We have tried to talk to her after court and she just goes as fast as she can in the other direction. Anyway hope you get to see the children soon.

I guess they probably could've threatened them. We will be cross examining them at our trail..They are trying to say our youngest daughter is deprived, and they took her from the hospital.....

We were able to get records from the DA's office. But, they are the only ones so far. My husband and I are sui juris, pro se in our case. Yes, I am going to be contacting the state osbanmin office.

I am not sure, the interviews that are with my husband and I are fairly accurate. So, would she just change their interviews, or would she just change all of them?

Well with the interview with the CASA worker, we have caught the foster mom in a lie.

I can understand if the caseworker twisted her words around. But what would a CASA worker have to gain by doing the same?

Well it's not only this interview where she has stated something bad about him. It's in another interview with someone else as well.
