Linda, Please make sure to announce if/when you repost "donations" links. I would be interested in contributing. As a side note, I may be able/willing to assist you in some small way as chairman of my county Libertarian Party (in a county with notorious CPS oversight), once our "ducks are in a row" ...

Texas Judge finds a NEW Constitutional Amendment to Violate!

(Author's Note: the text (and title originally and erroneously stated that CPS was responsible for the violations in this case. It was pointed out to me in response that the blame for this infraction falls on the judge, not the CPS, but because the information is important, the article has remained ...

The thing is, nobody should HAVE to feel like this. This is a country founded on the principles of liberty, and yet, as good dad's sig states, becoming more and more like the countries we are trying to fight. As I stated in one of my articles, it's getting to where you can't raise your child without...

I am an active Libertarian, and while the Libertarian platform is pretty obviously contrary to agencies like CPS, I am lobbying within the party to make it more so. As you have pointed out, there is little difference between the Democrats and the Republicans in issues such as this, and I believe tha...
