8) All of these sites are very helpful , I am printing them off my computer right now. I am working on my case til there is no breath left in me, my children's future depends on this. I stayed up until 4am working on my word processor typing a letter/affidavit to our Coos County District Attorney using a sample copy off of this site last night. It was worth it, couldn't sleep anyway. Thanks again everyone, if I can help anyone out there let me know. I have been working on this case for 1 1/2 years, but mostly since Nov. 10, 2005 when they took my kids. So let me know, I have saved lots of great sites. Take Care, Bye 4 now Need to get ready 4 work.

It sounds like you are representing yourself.

Are you aware of Pamela Gastons book Sui Juris regarding representing yourself?
**********************************
This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

Not representing myself

Postby Flora Petrie » Fri Jun 09, 2006 2:16 am

I am not representing myself just getting educated!! I have a Court-appointed Attorney who is not fighting very hard for me. I type up all the documents, show him what I have done and he keeps apologizing to me for not doing his job. I fired him once and requested new attorney from the Judge but there weren't any attorneys left in my county. :? Attorney asked me if I would still let him rep me so I said I would. HA HA!! I got an apology every time we met for at least one month w/ weekly meetings in his office. Goes to show if you stand up for your rights it pays off. He thought this case was a power stuggle between my ex & I. So I guess what I want to say is speak up and let the Judge know when your attorney is not doing his job.
