washington.. office ?'s....plz help

Anyone have any advice on dealing with cps in Washington maybe someone on here might even have dealt with the mason county office...? They are ridiculous my old case worker put so many lies on file and the new one I impossible to get ahold of I don't want to have to fight them so to speak because I want this to just be over with asap so I'm trying to do everything they ask but my soc. Worker isn't doing her part. Not calling us back not sending referrals so we can get things going.... I don't know what todo I have left her messages begging her to let me know what I cam do to work with her on this not against her and I get no response!!!!
