I would like to as a dcbs worker has truly given the words "emotional trauma" a new name. She is the only individual whom inflicted this abuse on my kids!

There are some recent articles:

(summary: Wah! We caseworkers are SOOOo overwhelmed and underpaid because it takes us SOOOOO much time to fabricate evidence to justify keeping these poor children away from their loving parents... do you know how HARD it is to make perfectly good parents look like to be drug-addled child beaters? I even had to photoshop a bruise onto a child last week and it took me nearly all day to make it look good! Without all of those kidnappings, we wouldn't have the funding to keep up double the staff that we hired when we had lots more false reports coming in! They keep telling us that if we capture enough children, the funding might come through for us to actually get a raise some day!)

Oh, but those are just the last few days... look here and see if you can find what you're looking for: http://www.legallykidnapped.blogspot.co ... l/Kentucky

Also, look here at the kentucky facebook cps page, there you will find the admin who I KNOW has links to other groups that can help you with Kentucky.

Also look at AFRA pages, they can explain to you, more of what you think you need... familyrights.us . American Family Rights Association , google it.

I'm not a lawyer but will try and help you any way i can. My postings may seem harsh but they all stem from personal experience with DCFS. I am not a victim and take responsibility for my part in my life, but I will always help ANYONE learn about the corrupt sick system.

Re: Anyone have a lawsuit in Kentucky??
This of course is just my opinion.
The facebook link for KY. that you gave me,
https://www.facebook.com/groups/142387025834160/
has another site link on it: www.govabuse.org
that I'm thinking the person in charge of Hardin Co. is into some type of law enforcement. One can type her name in search and there used to be a pic of her, with gun and all. See site link below:
http://www.myspace.com/123545660/photos
*This could be the reason Hardin Co. isn't getting very far with cps, ya think???
(Of course I could be wrong about her being into some type of law enforcement, but pictures speak louder than words)
This of course is just my opinion.
