No judgment please need help relating to overdose

I'm having a serious dilemma I overdosed and the cops reported it CPS I never admitted it and passed my drug screen is there any way they can access my medical records to see if there's truth to this I used to have a problem with Heroin and I relapse once but like I said there is no proof unless she access my medical records I passed the UA and she's coming to my house this Friday just need help figuring out how to deal with her I don't want to lose my son
