I've been doing an adequate amount of research pertaining to my case and was wondering if what I wanted to do would actually work. An anonymous female called and alleged that I smoke marijuana and can also be using other drugs. Under the 6th amendment I have the right to confront my accuser in the flesh and not through an alternate or substitute. I was wondering if I could file a motion to dismiss being that it's violating my right to due process. Can someone out there please help me in any way, shape, or form ? I just want my son back in my life and the dcpp out. These people are sucking the life out of me by keeping me away from my son and the only form of neglect is being perpetrated on their end. Please help me get my world back !!
