Children's Rights
Thanks for the links Dazee, as always, your research is invaluable. I will study these and incorporate what I believe to be key for the proposed Family Rights Act that I'm still working on.
Bob,
I would have posted more but, my server shut down.
One of my daughters got me started going this way because our granddaughters rights have been severly infringed about by cps. We knew this but have kept too focused on how to fight them from the parent standpoint.
While searching for probono lawyer she came upon this idea and we have been hitting them hard with facts.
For instance according to their handbook and also the Gal attorney manual I found researching for the state we are fighting in it states that our granddaughter and her mother should have had and still should be having nonsecure custody hearings and she only had one that we know of and mom was not invited to it.
More to come.

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).
Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

There was a link to the Cornell edu law link that you posted that you were going to use, but it is no longer there. It was on Children's rights.
