Unfortunately CPS does not care about Freedom of Information Act. They refuse to release Case Files according to their statement "IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD".
Sad what the Country is coming to and they don't follow the Laws and they are so corrupt, they won't follow anything but their own!
Freedom of Information Act is good for the Media Release of information and others, but it does not work with the Police or CPS or Hospitals, or other Medical Fields, because of Privacy Rights. It is really slippery slope we are on here and we cannot even use it. Only most Media would use it to release "News", so why can't they get the information on CPS?
